"Built in 1896 this hotel has recently been returned to an elegant state and feels more top end than midrange. Rooms are each uniquely decorated with period furnishings, extra-warm duvets and big en suites; one is wheelchair accessible. The classy bar is extremely cosy and there's a breakfast room that granny would die for. This doesn't feel like the best part of town, but its around the corner from the centre.
