Because we are often fully booked we will require your credit card details to secure your reservation. If booking from this site the Reservations page is secure and your credit card information to the server is encrypted. If you are not comfortable sending your credit card details through the web our fax number is 64 3 218 1283 and our telephone number is 64 3 218 1281.

For individual bookings we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. (That is, if you are a “no show” or cancel your reservation later than 3.00 pm on the day before your scheduled arrival we will make a charge against your credit card to the value of the room tariff).

Check in time is from 3:00pm to 10:00pm.

Check out time is from 7:00am to 10:00am.

If an earlier check out is required (for example you are on the first flight out of Invercargill) please advise and we will accommodate.

Breakfast is served from 7:30am till 9:30am.

Evening Dining is from 6:30pm with last seating at 8:00pm.

Our minimum hours of operation are from 7:00am till 10:00pm. As a Guest however you may come and go as you please as your key tag will enable you 24 hour access through our after hours entrance.

The entire Hotel is non-smoking - our smoke detectors are hard wired to the NZ Fire Service.
